Save Money Series: Day 1 Using Rewards Programs

There are many ways you can save money by using Rewards Programs.  There are store programs like Shop Your Way Rewards at Kmart, Walgreens Balance Rewards, etc.  But I am talking about extra Rewards Programs that you can find online.  All it takes is an internet connection, a computer and some of your time.  Below is a list of 5 online Rewards Programs that I use on a regular basis.

Bing Rewards
Overview
I just joined Bing Rewards since it's a fairly new program.  At Bing Rewards, you can earn credits searching the web and then redeem credits for popular gift cards or even donate them to a charity of your choice.  "Search with Bing on your PC and phone, try new features and take advantage of exclusive offers to see your credits start adding up. Status upgrades allow you to earn even faster. All you have to do is stay signed-in and keep searching with Bing." Check out Bing Rewards HERE!

As of now, I am still searching and collecting my points.  I plan on redeeming them in for swagbucks so I can get an Amazon gift card through swagbucks.
So..what do I think about Bing Rewards?
So far, so good.  I've not had any major problems with the program and collecting points is fairly easy and you can even collect points on your PC and your phone!

Jingit
Overview
At "Jingit you can earn cash instantly online, in-store, and on the go with participating brands. You’ll also receive personalized cash back offers when you shop with Jingit to earn even more."  Currently I only watch the videos online as they become available.  Check it out HERE!

How I have saved using Swagbucks...
Currently, I am still saving up my swagbucks for an Amazon gift card.  And with the Rewards through Bing Rewards, I can earn rewards that will go into my Swagbucks account!  It's a win-win situation!
So..what do I think about Swagbucks?
Like I said, it's a win-win situation!  There is always something to search for online, so that's where I get the majority of my swagbucks.  And from time to time they have special events where you can earn even more swagbucks.  Also don't forget to Like their Facebook page for even more Swagcodes to earn more swagbucks!

How I have saved using Recyclebank ...
Are you ready..?  Drum roll please.....I have saved over $68 since I joined! I have only used their Rewards Catalog and received 100% FREE 1- year magazine subscriptions from All You , Instyle , Cosmopolitan , and Women's Health.  The hubby thinks I might be a magazine hoarder, but I don't feel guilty because I got them all for FREE and even learned how to make better choices for our family!  So to me it's a win-win situation! :)
So..what do I think about Recyclebank?
When it comes down to it, I feel that Recyclebank is a great place to learn and become inspired.  I never knew some of the things until I read through their articles and went through their actions to gain points.  It's very informative and makes you really think about how you are choosing to make choices for your family.  So to me, the Freebies and deals are just the little extra perks of learning how to make better choices in your life! Recyclebank is truly rewarding you for the time spent learning about making choices, recycling, and living! So Thank You Recyclebank for all the informative information and the Rewards!

How I have saved using My Coke Rewards ...
I became a member with My Coke Rewards back in 2009. I haven't used my account in a while, so the majority of my points I have collected between the years have expired. In the past I have redeemed my points in for Free 1-year magazine subscriptions.  I remember the first one I got; it was SELF magazine. However, I've started collecting points again and hope to redeem my points in for some Free magazines again.
What do I think about My Coke Rewards? ...
Basically, if you and your family drink alot of participating brands listed on their site, you should be rewarding yourself!  A good thing to remember though, is that the points you collect do expire so if you are an occasional coke drinker like me, you may want to redeem your points in on rewards that require less points or drink up and collect more points!
