I remember when my mom used to make roast in the crockpot when I was little. It was so easy and affordable! Luckily I found a similar recipe that reminds me of those good ole' days!
Ingredients:
1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 envelope (about 1 ounce) dry onion soup and recipe mix
6 potatoes, cut in half
3 cups carrots
1 boneless beef chuck pot roast
Directions:
Stir the mushroom soup, and soup mix. Mix thoroughly. ( I also add a little water to make it soupy.)
Add potatoes and carrots in slow cooker then add beef.
Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or until beef is tender.
